7/11/10 - Congratulations to all the fighters at The Cellar who competed in the 4th annual TBA Muay Thai Classic in Des Moines, Iowa. Colin Taylor won the Men's Novice Welterweight division with 2 very immpressive wins. Jon Cichon, Sarah Salzgeber, Dania Weinberg, and Meredith Cummings also had impressive performances. Thanks to all our fans who traveled to support the team.
6/27/10 - Congratulations to Nick Riley, Brandon Buchholz, Eric Ortiz, and the entire Cellar Fight Team for their performance at the “Fighting For Those Who Fight For Us”, MN Military Appreciation Fundraiser Event on Saturday night. All three fighters won their bouts and Riley captured the IKF Light Welterweight MN State Title.
6/08/10 - Congratulations to Chris Dachel on becoming The Cellar's newest Brazilian Jiu Jitsu blue belt on Tuesday. He was promoted in rank by Pedro Sauer Black Belt, Tom Schmitz. Chris has won his division at the last two Submission Hunt tournaments and he has become a leader on the mat. Congratulations Chris!
6/01/10 - Congratulations to the six members of The Cellar Fight Team that competed over the weekend at the USAKA Nationals in Crystal Lake, IL. The Cellar brought a young team to the inaugural tournament, but they stepped up big time against more experienced fighters. The Cellar's Jon Cichon, Elijah Thibodeaux, Bryn Ollerman, and Sarah Salzgeber all won in impressive fashion.
